How to: Create a button for an existing macro on a worksheet or chart.
Solution:
Use the 'Create Button' toolbar button to create a button on the worksheet or chart, and assign the existing macro to the button.
1) Click 'Create Button' toolbar button in the 'Drawing' toolbar. (The pointer changes to a cross sign.)

NOTE: If the 'Drawing' toolbar is not displayed, select the 'View' menu and select 'Toolbars...', and select the 'Drawing' check box to display the 'Drawing' toolbar.
2) Place the cross sign where the button should be displayed on the worksheet or chart.
3) Press and hold down the mouse button.
4) Drag the mouse until the button reaches the desired size and shape.
5) Release the mouse button. (The Assign Macro dialog box appears.)
6) Select the desired macro from the 'Macro Name/Reference' list box.

7) Click 'OK'. (A button appears on the worksheet or chart.)
8) (Optional) With the button's editing handles displayed, resize the button or change the button label as appropriate.
9) Click outside the button to deselect it.
NOTE: After the button is deselected, clicking on it will run the macro. To select the button for editing again, press and hold down CTRL while clicking on the button.
